• The Book-Flow desktop application does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data.
• The application has no telemetry, analytics, advertising or tracking.
• All application data (settings, logs, signal statistics) stays on your own computer.
• This website only processes the minimum data needed to let you sign in, if you choose to.

Book-Flow is a depth-of-market analysis and order-entry front end for NinjaTrader 8. It communicates only with a NinjaTrader 8 instance running on the same computer, using local inter-process channels (named pipes and shared memory). It does not open network connections to our servers or to any third party.

The application stores the following on your computer only, under Documents\BookFlow:

• application settings and layout preferences;
• diagnostic log files;
• locally computed trading-signal statistics.

This data is never uploaded. You can delete it at any time by removing that folder or uninstalling the application. Market data, account and order information are provided by NinjaTrader and your broker and are governed by their own privacy policies; Book-Flow only displays them locally.

Browsing. You can browse and download from this website without an account.

Sign-in (optional). If you choose "Sign in with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. These are used only to display your signed-in state and are kept in a secure, encrypted session cookie in your browser. We do not use them for marketing and do not share them with anyone.

Cookies. We use only strictly necessary cookies required for sign-in and security. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Hosting. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which may process standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and request time) in server logs for security and reliability purposes.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers described above (Google for optional sign-in, Vercel for hosting), or where required by law.

Sign-in session data expires when you sign out or when the session cookie expires. Depending on where you live (for example under the UK/EU GDPR or the California CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

The Services are intended for adults interested in financial markets and are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Website traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. The desktop application communicates only locally on your computer and does not expose any network ports.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
